Silviya Velinova Naydenova

Acting Director of the Central Library of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

Silviya Naydenova was granted an MA in Library and Information Science by the Sofia University. She has worked at the Central Library of BAS since 2002. Mrs. Naydenova headed the Library and Information Services and Holdings Department  (2006-2013) and coordinated to project in retroconversion (2010-2014). In September 2013 she became an Acting Director, and in 2015 a Director of CL-BAS. She is also a co-author of a book presenting the works of the famous Bulgarian writer Jordan Radichkov (Йордан Радичков 1929-2004: Биобиблиография. Sofia, 2004).
